Advanced Athletic Training - For the Developing Player/Athlete

Advanced training - bringing power and speed to your game.

Regardless of what age or sport you play, Athletes Nation can make you better! Our goal is to add quickness, agility, speed and explosive power to your game, and our team of instructors and sport development specialists are experts at custom designing a program that is right for you and a program that is done in a safe, systematic and nurturing environment.

Our 1SQ programs focus on the development of strength, speed, power and conditioning for Player/Athletes. Each program is individualized to meet the training needs of the athlete and athletic requirements of the athletes for their chosen sport.

Featuring the 1st-Step Quickness Protocol, an Athletes Nation proprietary approach to advancing one-on-one player development and first step quickness. The 1SQ program is composed of 4 unique athletic development series:

GENERAL FITNESS SERIES (GFS)

For the beginner or entry level athlete this program focuses on basic instruction and training in core strength, stretching and the fundamental mechanics that will be required for advanced strength and power programs. This is the ideal starting series for those athletes in the 10 to 14 years of age category who show promise in a given sport, or sports, and who are looking to improve their athletic ability at the same time.

EXPLOSIVE DEVELOPMENT SERIES (EDS)

Covers intermediate modules such as speed and advanced plyometrics. Here we introduce explosive throws, hill sprints, intermediate power techniques and Olympic weight lifting in additon to various protocols required for success. Programs are focused on development and making preparations for advanced concepts for success.

SPORT PERFORMANCE SERIES (SPS)

Suitable for athletes who are pursuing programming with an emphasis on competitive sports at the amateur level. This program drills down on specific needs pertaining to your sport, and is very individualized in its delivery.

PRO PERFORMANCE SERIES (PPS)

For the elite/professional athlete that requires periodized programming tailored to their exact specific needs and sport. The program covers advanced subjects on recovery & regeneration which includes in-depth physioanalysis which will accurately determine an athletes present and future potential.

Custom Programs to suit every aspect of your training. All athletes will receive one Omega Wave Baseline Test to establish the players baseline training capacity.
